Founder's Story
Propellers Plate was born from my years of experience working as a flight attendant in the aviation industry. For several years, I had a front-row seat to what passengers experience onboard—especially when it comes to food. I saw firsthand how catering could either elevate a flight or completely take away from the experience.
There were moments when the meals didn’t match the level of service being offered, and I often found myself thinking about how much better it could be. Not just in taste, but in presentation, quality, and how well the meals were suited for the inflight environment.
That’s where the idea for Propellers Plate came from.
I wanted to create a catering service that truly understands aviation—not just food, but the full passenger experience. A brand that pays attention to the details, from packaging to presentation, while delivering fresh, high-quality meals designed specifically for inflight service.
Starting this company was my way of bridging the gap I experienced in the industry. It’s about bringing my aviation knowledge and passion for service into something that adds real value—not just to passengers, but to airlines and operators as well.
